About

A London-based Global Film Festival Circuit

Tower Velvet — Global Film Festival Circuit is a London-based platform connecting independent festivals, filmmakers and audiences across borders.

Based in London, Tower Velvet brings independent film festivals together within a connected global circuit. Each festival retains its own city, curatorial vision, regulations, categories, jury and audience, while becoming part of a wider network for the discovery and recognition of independent cinema.

The circuit is open to festivals from around the world, creating an expanding network through which filmmakers can submit their work, participate in different festival competitions and build recognition across the circuit.
