Programme notes
The Best of the Best is the international recognition stage of the Tower Velvet circuit — the annual finale where outstanding films from across the circuit come together in London. Recognition opens the door to further international opportunity: a curated pathway for selected filmmakers to advance their artistic and professional practice. Tower Velvet works to offer opportunities that can contribute to the next stage of an artist's development, and at this end-of-season event, special prizes are awarded: Courses · Masterclasses · Workshops · Mentorship · Residencies · Scholarships · Project Development · Grants.
